In Arabic language “ARK” means “a small defensible city”. Modern Complex is located on the territory of the Park named after the First President N.A.Nazarbayev close to “Astana” microregion. Official opening of the Complex took place on 3 July 2009. “Ark MS” hotel is the first four-star hotel in the city of Taraz. The hotel, which includes twenty-four luxury hotel accommodations from half-suites to VIP apartments, is located in the first wing of the Complex. You will experience comfort and coziness in every hotel apartment with exquisite elegant furniture and expensive high-quality bathroom fixtures. Each hotel apartment hasbuilt-in digital safe for personal use. In the basement of the hotel there are a Beauty Saloon, a laundry and a sauna.

In the second wing on the first floor of the Complex you can use VIP cabins which can accommodate from ten up to thirty-five persons each, for all kinds of business meetings and family celebrations.

On the second floor there is a coffee-bar where you will be offered a variety of cocktails, refreshment drinks as well as twenty kinds of flavored coffee.
